Cancellation of permission for employment of foreigners and stateless persons in Ukraine is performed in the nearest regional employment service in 7 days period without additional charges and is based on employer’s or his trustee’s application (power of attorney is required). Application may be written in any form, and contain employer’s decision about early termination of labor contract with foreigner or stateless person.
