Підтримка військових: Київрада виділила 10 млн грн на цей рік і 50 млн на наступний – на виплати киянам, які мобілізуються до лав ЗСУ з грудня 2023 року

Столиця виплачуватиме 30 тисяч грн киянам, мобілізованим після 1 грудня цього року. Така виплата є одноразовою та спрямована на додаткове матеріальне забезпечення новобранців. Ці кошти виділені за програмою «Захисник Києва».

Віталій Кличко вручив 13 ордерів на квартири киянам-захисникам. Місто цього року вже закупило 612 квартир для учасників бойових дій та їхніх родин на загальну суму понад 1 мільярд гривень.

Також цього тижня мер столиці вручив нагороди військовослужбовцям, волонтерам і громадським діячам. Подяки Київського міського голови, медалі «Честь. Слава. Держава» та нагрудний знак «За сприяння обороні Києва» отримали понад 50 киян. 4 нагороди присвоєні посмертно.

У День Святого Миколая традиційно засвітили вогні на головній ялинці країни на Софійській площі

Цьогорічна головна ялинка України – штучна, заввишки 12 метрів. Її встановили і прикрасили за кошти меценатів. Тема локації − «Хоробрі серця», присвячена українським Захисникам і Захисницям, тому новорічне дерево прикрашають іграшки у формі блакитних і жовтих сердець. Наголошуємо, масових розважальних заходів, фудкортів, ярмарків та атракціонів на Софійській площі цього року не буде.

Придбати новорічне дерево можна буде на одному із 150 законних ялинкових ярмарків, що працюватимуть до 31 грудня в усіх районах столиці.
Нагадуємо про правила пожежної безпеки під час оздоблення новорічної ялинки.

Рух поїздів між станціями метро «Деміївська» та «Теремки» закрили для термінового проведення ремонту перегінного тунелю

Зупинка руху поїздів на цій ділянці лінії метро – вимушений крок для уникнення в подальшому позаштатної ситуації під час інтенсивного руху поїздів. За попередніми розрахунками, відновлювальні роботи триватимуть близько 6 місяців.

Для забезпечення перевезень пасажирів організовано рух наземного транспорту, що дублюватиме маршрути закритих станцій метро. 

Станції метро «Деміївська», «Голосіївська», «Васильківська», «Виставковий центр», «Іподром», «Теремки» продовжать цілодобову роботу в режимі укриття.

У столиці відкрили нову ділянку Великої Кільцевої дороги від вул. Богатирської до Оболонського проспекту 

Це вже третя з побудованих містом ділянка Великої Кільцевої дороги від вул. Богатирської до Оболонського проспекту. Загальна протяжність трьох нових ділянок – 3 км. Тієї, що відкрили цього тижня, – 1 км 100 м. Почали будувати ці нові ділянки з 2016 року. Фактично це є Північна об’їзна дорога столиці.

Музей окупації Києва запрошує на виставку «Прапори його усмішок, сліз та перемог». Вона триватиме до 7 січня 2024 року.

Kyiv: highlights of the week

Support for the military: Kyiv City Council has allocated 10 million UAH for this year and 50 million for the next one to pay Kyiv residents who will be mobilized to the Armed Forces starting from December 2023

The capital will reward 30 thousand UAH to Kyiv residents mobilized after December 1 this year. This is a one-time payment and is aimed to provide additional financial support for recruits. These funds are allocated under the program "Kyiv Defender".

Vitalii Klitschko has handed out 13 keys to apartments to Kyiv defenders. This year, the city has already purchased 612 apartments for combatants and their families, with a total cost of over 1 billion hryvnias.

Also, this week, the mayor awarded military personnel, volunteers, and public figures. More than 50 Kyiv residents received the Kyiv Mayor's Commendations, medals of "Honor. Glory. Government" and badges "For Contribution to the Defense of Kyiv". 4 awards were granted posthumously.

The main Ukrainian Christmas tree was traditionally lit up at Sofia Square on St. Nicholas Day

This year's main Ukrainian Christmas tree is an artificial one. It is 12 meters high and was installed and decorated at the expense of benefactors. The theme of the location is "Brave Hearts", dedicated to Ukrainian defenders, so the Christmas tree is decorated with heart-shaped toys of blue and yellow colors. Please note that this year St. Sophia Square will not hold any mass entertainment events, food courts, fairs, or attractions.

Christmas trees can be purchased at one of the 150 legal Christmas tree fairs that will be open until December 31 in all districts of the capital.

Remember to follow fire safety rules while decorating the Christmas tree.

Train traffic between Demiivska and Teremky metro stations is closed for urgent repairs of the overrun tunnel

The suspension of train traffic on this section of the metro line is a necessary step to avoid further emergency situations during heavy train traffic. Preliminary estimates suggest that the repair work will take about 6 months.

To ensure passenger transportation, there has been organized ground transportation that will duplicate the routes of the closed metro stations. 

Demiivska, Holosiivska, Vasylkivska, Vystavochny Tsentr, Hippodrome, and Teremky metro stations will continue to operate as shelters around the clock.

A new section of the Great Ring Road from Bohatyrska Street to Obolonsky Avenue was opened in the capital 

This is the third section of the Great Ring Road built by the city from Bohatyrska Street to Obolonsky Avenue. The total length of the three new sections is 3 km. The one that was opened this week is 1 km and 100 meters long. Construction of these new sections began in 2016. This is the Northern Bypass Road of the capital.

The Museum of the Occupation of Kyiv invites you to attend the exhibition "Flags of its smiles, tears and victories". It will run until January 7, 2024.
